Mods Not Showing up yet they are in the right folder

My mods aren’t showing up despite trying everything I read On this site. They’re in the right folder, not showing up during startup as if I hadnt Downloaded any mods at all. I will note that origin says the servers are down, but I’m sure I enabled All mods and CC

If they do not appear on the main menu they are either not in the correct location or you downloaded in a packed format (ZIP, RAR) and forgot to unpack them.

I have not yet unpacked my zip files but not all my mods are zip files so some should show up. It goes This PC>Documents>Adobe>Electronic Arts>The sims 4> Mods
