Mods not working since the Toddler update

So ive been having problems since the toddler update, NONE of the mods i have had installed are showing up in the game and like idk what to do? I have the mods on in options, they are in the right folder on my computer, they show up in the mod box pop up thing at the beggining of the game or when i check it in the options yet they are not in the create a sim/plan outfit/build mode, i dont know what to do anymore. I updated the game today hoping they would work but nope, they are still as dead as they were, so please help? Anyone else has this problem?
