Hello ! Have you tried going on Origin Launcher, right clicking The Sims 4 and pressing Repair Game? If you have and it still hasn't worked, please save your game and back it up by going to Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Saves. and then create a folder on your desktop, and copy (not move.) the save file to your folder so you have a backup incase you lose the file and try restarting your computer or restarting Origin!
