Bug fixes…. Didn’t actually fix anything?!

So I thought sims would stop picking up their infants and putting them down even though I prompt them to give a bath or change diaper. They also pause for a long time while holding infants as well as infants just laying in the crib while their energy drains. I feel like my game is worse then ever.
