@Grimish77 There are two issues here. One is that no matter where you install Sims 4, the user data will still be saved to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. This can be changed if you like, with a symbolic link if D is an external drive:
If D is a secondary internal drive, you can still use the symbolic link method, or you can move Documents to D in its entirety:

If you have trouble with either of these approaches, let me know which one you're using, and also list the full file path to the Documents directory as Windows sees it. To find that information, search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
Then post the result here.
The other issue is the two saves that don't save your progress, if I'm understanding that correctly. If you use "Save As" and rename the save, rather than simply "Save," does your progress save properly?
