Moving shadows bug in live mode

Help!! I'm having a weird shadow bug in my game (live mode...in every world) that I can't seem to fix. I've seen others with the same problem, but the solutions they have used do not work for me...

I've uninstalled all my mods and CC, I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and I've tried editing the Graphics Rules file. I also uninstalled Reshade because I thought that would be the reason the bug happened, but It didn't change anything. Here's what it looks like

    Oh i fixed it! I just deleted the graphics rules file from the override folder and that solved the problem..I think it was from the HQ mod either not being up to date, or just bugging out!

    @walsaey  Does this happen in a new save too?  Are there any objects up in the sky?  You might have to zoom out a lot, or view the world in Manage Worlds, to be sure.

    Nope, there's nothing on the map or in the sky when I zoom out. I've tried making three new saves and all of them are affected
