Must restart PC each time I want to play

I’m using Steam. I have to reboot my computer each time that I want to launch the game. Once I restart the computer, I can play the game once. Once I exit and try to play again, it won’t launch - I click on “play”, the button changes to “stop” for a few seconds, and then back to “play” without anything happening. I’ve trying killing both Origin and Steam and reopening, but the only thing that works is restarting the whole computer. Any way to fix this? Thanks!
