my cc is missing? Help?!
ok so like, my game was working just fine earlier today, I have it on my pc through origin and it has updated, didn’t think of it as a big deal cause it’s updated before, but now nothing’s on my game, save files are gone, cc is gone, just about everything. I don’t have onedrive, my cc is turned on in my game, but nothing is there, I have restarted, redownloaded, and basically done the whole 5 yards trying to fix this and spent hours trying and doing things people have suggested.
I don’t know if outlook or Microsoft could have any part in it as that’s the two main things on my pc. But at this point I’m just tired and ready to toss the towel. Anyone have any last ditch suggestions?
Ok so my sims updated and I had lost my saves and cc, but I then uninstalled the game, installed it again, and ended up finding my new sims folder in such a stupid way I nearly cried.
so, I couldn’t find it at all at first, did every trick people suggested I was ready to spin around three times to see if that’d do it.
but now, I got it installed, then out of boredom I went to my EA account on my pc, went to change my profile pic, and there, I saw it, the FOLDER, the NEW folder.
My laptop is too * to do automatic file deletes so I marked my old sims folder “Old one” and checked like five times that I wasn’t getting fooled over the new one. But it works, I just transferred me cc from my old file to the new one and it WORKS? Like??? IM SO CONFUSED?!
