My cc lashes wont show up!! HELP PLEASE!!

So i recently got into my sims 4 game after fixing my previous issue but when i was going to put my PBJ eyelashes on my sim they were just invisible and I've never had this problem i even re downloaded them and they still wont show up and i'm worried. I would love it if you knew how to fix this issue. it would mean a lot thanks
