My Cloud Hard Drive Help! for PC

Can anyone help? I've got a cloud hard drive which is the photo I have attached, can anyone help me on seeing if this is the right hard drive so that I can play Sims 4 as I'm struggling on trying to ...

You can not use a NAS to install the Sims 4 on. It is not possible to install to a network drive. You can use an external drive that are directly connected to your computer through a USB cable or similar.
