My computer crashes when I put my sims in a lot.

My computer keeps fully crashing whenever I open a sims lot. I can get past cas, everything works fine, but when I go to play in a new lot my computer crashes and basically shuts down. I have cats an...

@puzzlezaddict It still crashed ☹️ I don't know what to do if it's a computer issue.

@ktks3779  Did the game crash even in the new Windows account?

      @ktks3779  Please look for an error from the newest crash, the one in the new user account, in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes.  You'll see a list of errors and updates, with a column for each day.  (Today is all the way on the right.)

      For any errors that happened at the same time as the game crashed, click "View technical details," then copy the information and paste it into a reply here.  The timestamp on the initial chart can be off by up to an hour, so that's not an entirely reliable metric, but the one within the technical details should be accurate.
