My computer is shutting off when I load the Sims 4.

When I open the Sims 4 it loads just fine, but after a few minutes of playing my computer shuts down. It doesn't restart it just turns off. I checked the battery and it was fine and my laptop isn't ov...

I have the same problem but it lets me play for a short time. Then freezes the enitre computer. So that I can see the screen saver to my computer but also the rim of the sims game.
