My cursor in game isnt working half the time

My cursor isnt working for the game. It stays the arrow instead of the hand (glove) and i cant select stuff ..It messes up during the game when selecting actions, create/change a sim when selecting cloths/colors etc, the scroll bar in change sim /gallery and in the neighborhood trying to select houses.Please help it has been like this for a few weeks and its so annoying!! i reported as bug through the game but I havent heard back. And its been a while !!! Heelllppp
