My EA App deleted my sims 4 game and marked my bought packs as unowned

I wanted to play sims 4 today and when I tried to open it I was brought to the ea App where I had to redownload/rebuy sims 4 because all my games from the library were gone. No Problem I can redownload sims 4 but I bought almost all packs and they're marked as unowned and I'm not gonna buy all of the expansion packs again. I spend already enough money on it. I just want my packs back and before anyone asked yes I'm 100% logged in on the right account. The played hours are right and when I last played so please help

    @Lela04soph  Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and reinstall it, then see whether your packs show as owned.

    If not, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and find your purchases on the list.  Let me know whether they're listed as Completed, Processing, or Failed; and whether you see any sign of a refund, full or partial, for any content.

    If you didn't buy the packs through EA, please list the vendor(s) you used.
