My expansion packs are saying unowned after i bought it a long time ago

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? parenthood, city living ,seasons ,backyard stuff,laundry day stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me all my packs back
What happens when the bug occurs? i dont have nothing none of my packs are here and please get them back to me cause i spent to much money

Have you checked that you're currently logging into the same EA account that your content was originally purchased on? Please review your Order History for your account to see if your expansions are showing there.
If you don't see your previous purchases in your order history, that means you may be logging into the wrong EA account- I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA App to.
