    Hi @symayaaa,

    Have you checked that you're currently logging into the same EA account that your content was originally purchased on? Please review your Order History for your account to see if your expansions are showing there. 

    If you don't see your previous purchases in your order history, that means you may be logging into the wrong EA account- I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA App to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here.
