The game needs to be started at least once after installation.
That will automatically generate fresh versions in the folder here:
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
You should be able to just close the game and see the needed folders.
Mods / CC may need to be updated to match the current game version.
Please contact the creator for the most current versions.
