My first pet pack wont allow to adopt pets

I’m on a pc and when I bought the my first pet pack it gave me a warning that it wasn’t downloaded/in the game but it was downloaded and it says I need some requirements and it won’t work I really do...

    @BabyGirl6111  Please post a screenshot of the error, if you can get it to show up again.

    I will say that owning My First Pet Stuff doesn't allow you to play with cats or dogs.  That would require the Cats & Dogs expansion.  Without C&D, MFPS is just a collection of items.  Please let me know whether those items are showing in-game.  You can find guides online that show images of these items if you don't know what to look for.

    The warning told me something about the CD thing thank you I’ll just refund it and get the expansion. Thank you so much you were very helpful ☺️
