This is now the 3rd time I'm posting about this specific problem. I had hopes that it would clear up by now, but it hasn't so here we go again.
For a couple of months now, my game has been crashing whenever I try to play. Sometimes it will crash 5 minutes into gameplay, other times it'll take 30 minutes up to an hour before it crashes. Sometimes it'll leave a last crash file, other times it won't.
I've already tried the basic recommendations for this stuff: no mods/cc, fresh Sims 4 file, updating my driver, playing with no packs installed. Nothing has worked.
Someone already looked at my DxDiag file, and they said most of the crashes were related to the Ea app itself and not the sims. But even after repairing the app, playing in offline mode, and fully clean uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, the game continues to crash. I was then told to monitor my hardware.
Here, I will be attaching both my DxDiag file and my log from monitoring my hardware in hopes that someone can find the problem.

Forgot to say this: my hardware was monitored while I was playing. So the log catches how my hardware reacts before, during, and after the crash. I started recording, waiting a few minutes, then launched the game. Then I ended the recording after the game crashed.
This has been happening to me as well. I'm playing on PC, have no mods, no CC. I assumed that the save file I had been using before Lovestruck was completely broken because it just crashed to desktop randomly whenever I tried to play. Most of the time with no Last Exception and sometimes not even a Last Crash.
I spent the last 2 days starting from scratch. New game folder, no mods, no CC, delete the EA App caches. Just remaking everything with a clean base. Jokes on me. I'm still crashing randomly no matter what. I never know if it's gonna happen when I'm in the Gallery, when I'm in the middle of a build...It's just all a fun surprise.
I have no idea where to find help at this point but it's really angering. I just want to play the game I paid for.
Yeah, it's honestly really upsetting that this has been happening for so long.
But a question for you, does your game crash while you are in cas? In my personal experience, my game has never crashed while I'm in cas. I could be making a sim for over an hour with zero crashes, then the game will crash within 30 minutes of me playing in live mod.
I haven't even been able to start using CAS yet. Since it's a new save file I've just been in the Gallery and World Maps. I almost always crash when interacting with the Gallery, though I've not had in crash in CAS in the past few weeks in my memory.
