Ive updated my game, repaired it, launched with any mods and is still experiencing crashes in my game. Its been happening since September and i do not know what to do any more. Im hoping that someone can help me since i feel like ive tried everything, i just want to play my gamne 😥
Midnightgamer124 Try forcing the game to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
As I mentioned via PM, please delete the Bin folder, with the game closed, and repair the game through the EA App (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).
Hi I have another problem now i am stuck on the loading screen and I cant do into the main menu. What should I do?

That didn't work so I'll post a new dxdiag
Midnightgamer124 Please start another new save in another clean user folder, again with no content added from the Gallery or anywhere else. Restart your computer immediately before trying to play, and don't open anything other than the EA App and Sims 4. Let me know how the new save runs.
If you get another crash, please post a new dxdiag.

Midnightgamer124 Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing because the Intel graphics driver is crashing. So please update the driver. Here's the newest version available, dated December 19:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart after installing and before trying to play.
If that deosn't help, please increase the size of your computer's page file, as described here (option 3):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, and restart your computer.
