My Game keeps Freezing!!! Please help :(

My game keeps freezing during gameplay, then my computer makes this horrible noise. so I have to restart my PC all over again. I have to save it every 2 minutes just i don’t loose progress. I have a ...

@Tony47481 Just in case it wasn't clear, the dxdiag doesn't fix anything, it's just a report on your system. It lists things like drivers and Windows errors, plus some basic hardware info, so we can look for potential causes of the problem. It's easy to attach a dxdiag to a post so people can look it over for you.
