My game keeps saying Error??

Hello, I am a Sims play. I started playing a while ago, but the recent problem has started maybe two weeks ago top every time I load in or make a new character. It keeps saying the same error code which I'll paste down below.   123:25986556:13ACA10 I don't know what it means and it won't let me play like it won't let me make characters, but I can't go in into the world. I've reset my mods. I've restarted the game multiple times and don't know what's happening. :[
