My game wont let me play fully.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.44.88.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats and dogs, parenthood, spa day, get to work, holiday celebration, city living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure that you can and so I'm just looking for a simple way of fixing this.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I open Sims 4 it goes to the main menu, as always, but after this, it gets bugged... it will let me create a sim in CAS and let me move it into a household/house but if I try to play as my sim in that house or in any house it stays on the loading screen forever and won't load so I end up having to shut down my laptop in sadness. This is only half of it. If I go into a saved world and build a house it will let me build the walls, roofs, fences, but won't let me place doors, windows, furniture of any type, trees and things like trees (e.g bushes and flowers), etc.
What do you expect to see? For my game o run normally.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I really really want to keep all 655 cc items and script mods that I have, so I really need a solution for this as it started just after seasons was available to buy and add to The Sims. This issue goes away without cc and script mods but I love them so much that I couldn't play without them in my Sims 4 Game. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
