@Malky29184  Are you asking where the screenshot is on your phone?  Assuming you've transferred it from your PC to the phone, it might be in something called Files rather than in Photos, but I don't know what kind of phone you have or how it transfers data.  If you really can't figure it out, take a photo of the error with the phone.

My The sims 4 game doest not start yet.. The message I get sais I have to get the new app to play it. I already have the new EA app, not Origin.. I still tried to download it and it says like it suppose to, that the app is already downloaded.. What does that mean? What do I have to do to make it start? I´m going crazy...
