My game wont stop saving

Hello

I got and update on my game and I had to re-enable all my cc, I did that then played for a bit and when I went to save it wont stop. It is just the saving screen and it keeps going in a circle. I have tried everything to get it to stop or to exit out of the game but nothing has worked. I got rid of all of my cc that was in the game and I tried to uninstall the game as well but it is still saving. How do I stop it?
