My laptop keeps shutting off

Idk what keeps happening whenever I play the sims 4 my computer will randomly shut off after 10 minutes and my entire laptop will go off and it only happens when I have the charger in. This problem st...

Games do not cause that symptom.  Overheating, no matter what software is running, is what causes it.  Clean all the vents and get a cooling pad to reduce the overheating.
