My Library replaces the gallery option! help???

whenever I try to click the usual gallery button, it shows up as "My library" and idk how to view the gallery anymore... I'm online on origin & the origin in-game option is ON. can somebody help me?

    I can, start your game, hit ESC > choose 'options' > a window opens, on the left side choose 'Other' and see if the 'Online acces' had a check mark next to it.

    You don't have the online access option at all ? Do you have a Store tab in Origin ?

    i don't have online acces on my others menu
