I bought an expansion pack and it was working fine, until today. I went on to play it and its just gone. It was the horse pack and i cannot create a horse or even use any of the extra traits. I am unsure what to do as I love the pack and don't want to waist my money. Advice would be appreciated.
Try logging out of the EA app, shut down your computer, load your computer, then log back into the EA app, and see if the issue remains when you load the game.
If the issue remains, try clearing the EA App cache and see if that helps
