My pack was removed!?

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All I'm missing is Get to Work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into my account and see it is missing, and they can see my in-game screenshots.
What happens when the bug occurs? It just removes the add-on as if I never built it, and my saved game wont let me resume and shows pack required and says to restart game.
What do you expect to see? The pack staying in the game like the rest of the packs I bought.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game on oct 22 and it removed the pack

I'm writing to express my concern regarding the Get to Work expansion pack, which was unexpectedly removed from my game following the October 22 update. I have enjoyed this pack and used it for a lot of gameplays, and now that it's gone I can't play the jobs I was going to do for my new era and sims storyline. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or updates regarding this issue.
