My packs are missing from the game

So I uninstalled the sims 4 demo and it did not fix the problem I'm having.

@RandomPerson9394  Please clear the EA App's cache:

and restart your computer, then repair the game: open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.

Please also let me know whether you were able to start the downloads for your missing packs, either after doing the above or before you posted back.  If you have in fact been able to download the packs, but they still don't show, please run a couple more searches for those packs' folders and post them.  You don't need to do this for all of them this time; two would be enough to show a pattern.

Okay, so I did everything you told me to and they are still missing from my game. So I went to look at the files again but none of the files are there. So, should I reinstall the whole game. I honestly don't know how any of this happened, everything was fine before I installed the new packs. Thank you for your help.

@RandomPerson9394  I think reinstalling is probably easier than doing any further troubleshooting that may not help either.  But please do a clean uninstall and reinstall:

• Put aside your Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts and rename it to something that doesn't include the words "Sims 4."
• Download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) from here.
• Launch Revo, select Sims 4 from the list, and click Uninstall.
• Once the game is uninstalled, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
• Review the list, in case there's something you want to save; otherwise, click Select All, and then Delete.
• Close Revo, and restart your computer.

Repeat the process for the EA App, and see if Revo picks up anything from the CAS Demo; if it does, remove whatever it finds.  Restart your computer, install the App, and install Sims 4 into a new folder, one you create specifically for this purpose.  The folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.

So I've uninstalled the Sims 4 and EA app. I reinstalled the EA app but it's having some issues so I'll try downloading the sims again in an hour or so.

I'm having the same issues. After uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cashe, and repairing the game I tried running the game before without mods and my packs still didn't show up.
