My packs are missing from the game
I recently bought more sims 4 packs, I installed them but they weren’t showing up in game. I tried everything, repaired the game, cleared the cache nothing worked. The packs were not showing up but only the ones I recently bought, so I didn’t the last thing I could think of and uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it. None of my packs are there, not even the ones from before. I don’t know what to do now.
@RandomPerson9394 Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for, thanks. This is a known issue for people who have the CAS Demo installed, but there's a simple-enough workaround:

You can start the pack downloads by clicking the Sims 4 icon in your EA App game library and choosing Manage > Manage Add-ons.
