Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I went to play the game and EA signed me out which was a faff in itself. I got back in and updated the game. All my saves and CC is there but my packs arent. The packs are all appearing in the repair list, so it still has recollection of them. However, if I click them to try to see if it wants me to just reinstall them, it wants me to repurchase, which I'm not doing.

Its also saying ive only played Sims 7 minutes which isn't right. Its the right account as again, all my saves are there. I am so confused please help.

    Hello. I have found my receipts for the packs, and it is the correct account; however, they aren't in my order history in the link you have sent.
