My save gone
I play the sim4 at internet cafe with my account and there is no previous save so I create a new sim , now I'm at home I download the game and previous save(what I used to play long time age) ,My new save with the new sim disappear

Crodie_113 EA doesn't support cloud saving for Sims 4. Saves are stored locally on your computer, not online. If you'd like to play on multiple computers, you'll need to manually upload your saves to cloud storage and download them on the new computer, then upload them again to transfer them back.
