My sim wears Grim Reaper outfit and others sim wears my sim's clothes

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Stangerville version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of em
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just appear after run modify in cas
What happens when the bug occurs? I just play it normally then this issue happens, my sim suddenly wears Grim Reaper outfit. And then sometimes others sims wears my sim's outfit
What do you expect to see? All sims should wears their own outfit
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm so sorry because i'm a newbie here, and dont even know how to import pictures here, so I'm s sorry i can't show the pic.

I have a problem with my sim's outfit.

It's just weird every time when I go to live mode after run modify in cas, my sim always wears Grim Reaper outfit, my sim looks kinda creepy with that outfit (My sim can still change their outfit normally after it) It happens since I add Grim Reaper into my household (i guess). I hve tried to remove Grim from my household, but this issue still happn. After I updated this game into strangerville version, this issue is more and more complicated than before. Another issue, I saw a strange sim was walkin in front of my house and he's wearing my sim outfit, then I checked him using toddler care, he doesnt even have an outfit like he wore at that time. Is this a bug or something? Or can it be caused by mods? Hope someone can fix this issue. I really need your help. Thank you

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    have you tried if it also happens with no mods installed ?

    If you have Get Famous and used the Life Style brand, you'll see Sims wearing your outfit but the Grim Reaper sounds off.

    Omg thank you very much for the reply!!! I'll try it right now <3. 

    Umm. . . btw these are the screenshots that I took before. Not only my sims in my household (pic1), my neighbor wears Grim"s outfit too (pic2)

    And I saiD that other sim using my own outfit, look at pic 1, that guy in orange outfit which is my sim outfit, I dont even know that this sim exisst. These pics are the comparison betweeen my sim (pic3) and other sim (pic4).

    Then when I checked the other sim with toddler care interaction, he doesn't even have this outfit. And then I run the modify in cas again to make sure and change this other sim ooutfits, but after I go back to live mode it happen again. And the other sim suddenly change his outfit into normal. This is very weird, I know this issue doesnt make the game crash or something, but I can't stand of this.

    i have the same problemmmm!!!!!!!!!!! i have tried to remove the mods,,, but it still happennnn
