My simmers are bugging.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Version 1.0
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I do not have any expansion packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't think you can find it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot see my simmers properly because of the bug.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my simmer, not only half of them and without hair.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
As you can see, the bug is very big and it makes it impossible to play the game, which I think is very unfortunate. I really hope you can help me.
