My sims 4 bundle wont download

I bought the sims 4 bundle spa day and patio stuff. I downloaded the promo code today to origin and it disappeared and never downloaded to the base game. I tried to re-install the code and it said it was already redeemed. I've had tons of issues just getting this submitted to your site since you do not have a number to call anymore.
