My Sims 4 crashes on the blue screen/plumbob

So, as you can see in the photo, everytime i try to start the game, it opens, but as soon as we see the blue screen/plumbob thingy it just freezes and nothing happens. I have tried just about everything. I took the Sims 4 folder and nothing happened. I obviously have removed all the mods and cc that i had in the folder, nothing happened. I did that before i removed the folder to start "fresh" and nada. I have my DxDiag in here, so maybe someone can help me with this? I honestly don´t know what happened, literally out of the blue, the game just wouldn't load. I didn't do anything, didn't pressed any buttons or anything like that and suddenly the  game just wouldn't load. I don't know if this is useful or not, but i play the game through Steam (and yes, i have repaired there but nothing happened). I do have all of the expansions, game packs, stuff packs and kits so far. I don't know what to do. Would love some light on this. It's been a few days since this happen (i think it happen last thrusday or friday, can't remember exactly).

I'm also not really tech savy, so please explain like i'm five years old lol. Only way i'll understand it.

Thank you in advance. Any help would be gladly appreciated (sorry for my english, it's not my first language).

Hi. I don't have any problems with TS3. Are you sure you are replying to the right person? Thank you for taking your time anyway. Much appreciated! So it's the way my monitor is plugged wrong? I bought this computer with all the parts install, so i wouldn't even know there was something wrong. I have been able to play the game just fine for almost this last year (i bought in november, arrived in december, so almost a full year).

So if i switch as you said should be fine??? I just want to make sure i need to do this, because you talked about The Sims 3 and now i'm not sure if you are replying to the right person???? I'm confused right now.

    @hallowqueen128  This is a Sims 3 error:

Falha no bucket 2210736730494883366, tipo 1
    Nome do Evento: APPCRASH
    Resposta: Năo disponível
    ID do CAB: 0

    Assinatura do problema:
    P1: TS3.exe
    P2: 0.2.0.32
    P3: 568d4bac
    P4: TS3.exe
    P5: 0.2.0.32
    P6: 568d4bac
    P7: c0000094
    P8: 005511f2
    P9:
    P10:

Your dxdiag lists three of them.  Perhaps you've fixed the problem, but it WAS there, on this system, and your processor is known to be affected by the Alder Lake issue.

And yes, I'm sure you need to plug the monitor into the graphics card, and that your monitor is currently plugged into the motherboard instead.  Just because your setup worked before doesn't mean it will continue to do so, and performance should be a lot better with the GPU running the monitor.

Here are the photos of behind my computer, and the actual computer. This may help you i guess? Hopefully it will anyway. When i tried to move the cable to the other hdmi option, the monitor went black and wasn't working anymore? I don't know if i did something stupid, i'm gonna assume yes lol. Not being tech savy is the bane of my existence.

Hi. I did as you suggested, and now I’m able to get into the game… The problem is, the game is looking like this. I can interact with anything. I can’t see the needs of my Sims… I thought it was related to a specific save, so i tried making a new Sim and this is what CAS is looking like…

Do you have any suggestions? I feel like as soon as I do something, other issue appears… It’s really exausting. Thank you for your input, anyway.

@hallowqueen128  It sounds like you've figured it out, but just in case, this is the port you'd want to use; you can see it says HDMI under it (backwards though), as opposed to Dp for DisplayPort:

For the in-game issue, are you currently playing in a clean Sims 4 folder, with none of your previous content inside it?  If not, please try that now.  If you are using a clean folder, please clear the EA App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game, again if you have already.

The traits panel not loading in CAS is a known bug, but the rest should not be happening.
