My sims 4 doesn't work with mods after factory reset!

So my game wouldn't load after the update and I tried the factory reset. It worked but if I put the old mods folder with the mod and cc back in it wouldn't work again. So how do I find the mod that is causing the problem here?

(I have a PC)

    @glamorousgucci add the mods ONE AT A TIME until there is a problem then remove the last mod and go to the mod creator and see if there is an update. If there isn't then you have to play the game without the mod.

    @glamorousgucci process of elimination.

    add: you may now have mods that are in conflict. They may work alone but put them both in and they cause trouble.
