my sims 4 game has been loading and running slow after the recent update.

my sims 4 game has been working really slow after the recent update. My mods work fine and my cache is cleared. I have unistalled and reinstalled my game. I have also repaired my game. Ive never had this issue before and I was wondering what could be causing it. Ive been using cc and mods and low graphics since i bought the game two years ago with no issues. The new slowness and lag just happened recently. Any ideas what could be happening or how to fix it. My dxdiag is attached as well.
