My Sims 4 Game is Extremely Laggy from Using Windowed Fullscreen

    Hi @jessicalova123,

    If you can't go back to Fullscreen mode, I'd suggest manual resetting game's settings.

    • Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
    • Delete the files Config.log and Options.ini.
    • Try running the game again, it should start with factory default settings.
