My sims 4 game is glitching, not able to see player or town people faces.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Strangeville and hottubs fun
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to find the bug my game was working perfectly find but now it isn't
What happens when the bug occurs? people in game face and body is all distorted.
What do you expect to see? I play game with my sim and I can't see their face and the town people in every city is the same way

I am having an issue where every player and computer person in the game face and body is distorted and can't be seen. I don't know why this is happening can I get some suggestion on how to fix this issue.
