I saw several users here have this language problem too, but I got this game in Mainland, China. The only language restrictions I imagined are English and Traditional Chinese. Why on earth can I only choose from Russian, Czech, Polish? And how can I fix this?

You can't. Probably it was brought by a private person from one of these countries to China. There is no official TS4 distribution in the Mainland.
If you want to buy games for this region you have to go to Hong Kong, because even in Macao you will not buy it. In Hong Kong you can get Origin games but not often. But at least you can order TS4 there in the store.
But... If Origin isn't blocked in the Mainland you could buy the game online. If it is blocked by the government you will not able even play it
Try download Origin from here and check it

Thank you for your reply! I did get that on Origin myself. For more information, Origin is not blocked in Mainland China, we could buy everything on it normally. One of Chinese players said they were redirected to Hong Kong store automatically every time.
That’s even more confusing now. I bought it here, even redirected to HK store, it should still be HK version. How could I be locked
Just a few hours I have to buy it again, it’s working this time. There’s 2 Sims4 in my game library now and I hate this situation ☹️
