Hello kindly, thanks for your help. I did everything you asked as listed in your reply. I think maybe my save is damaged? I sorted through my cc before putting it back into the new folder, as the game worked when I removed it and tested it for 5 minutes as you said to do.
It also worked when I added the save/tray back with the cc but the cc didn’t show up. Then I restarted it and sorted again and the household still brings me back to the world selection with the same error. I have no mods in my game btw just clothes, accessories, makeup, hair, and furniture.
Seems as as though I may have to start fresh with new cc and a new game all together :/.
Do you think my save is broken?

I don't think your save is broken,
There are a lot of CC after the last patch is no longer compatible with the game. Most CC Showers confirmed as broken. Some of the CC objects from building mode probably are broken by this patch also. CC Hair: WINGS-ON0815 will cause UI glitches. Beds, bookcase by Peacemaker are broken.
Unfortunately, you have to test these CC as described above. One broken CC is enough for the game not to work properly

Hi, I am having the same problem since the new nov 2020 update, and the current game I was playing was very special to me. Did you find a solution in the end?
@amysusadream Could you please start a new thread describe the exact issue you're having? This thread is a bit old, and the game has changed significantly since then.
