Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

@gwhite96 Is your HP laptop a Windows 7 upgraded to Windows 10? Have you checked to see if there are any Windows 10 updates lately?
it's a windows 10 and yeah it's all up to date.
- @gwhite96 What graphics settings are you playing on ?
Do you get any lastcrash.txt files ? If so, could you provide those as well ?
