My Sims 4 game time glitches, resets.

My Sims 4 game isn't functioning properly. Once I start playing with my Sims, the in-game time malfunctions, running faster than it should. Even after saving and exiting the game, when I return, it resets back in time. For instance, if I had two Sims eating and watching TV at 6 PM, upon restarting the game after saving, those Sims will still be eating, but the time will regress to around 5 PM. Additionally, my Sims don't leave for work at the correct times; if they're supposed to depart at 8 AM, they leave an hour later. Also, sometimes the moodlets are stuck at 0 minutes. I play on a Dell Precision M4500 with 6GB of RAM, running Windows 10, equipped with a Core i7 processor and NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800M. I have upgraded the RAM, had my laptop serviced, reinstalled the game and expansion packs, and also tried the repair option on the EA app. Please help me
