My Sims 4 game won't start

I think your video card needs some new drivers. 
To find out what video card you have:

To show your video card:

Just Google the name of your video card with drivers, I think you'll find the website of the videocard manufacturer, and from there you can download new/updated drivers.  You can also let the device manager search for new drivers.

I have a mac so what should I do? (i have the same problem) ☹️

What Mac do you have? Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running:

- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

- Have you tried to repair the game in Origin? Right click on the game in My Games and select Repair Game.
- Do you use CC/Mods? If so, have you tried removing them and seeing if that fixes your problem?
- What Expansion, Stuff and Game Packs do you have installed?

Unable to start:

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT 256 MB stated on my apple i mac

Your graphics card, the NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT, is too old to run the game unfortunately. ☹️

Same problem here. I have

• A MacBook Pro
• A 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7 Processor
• Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB Graphics

I've run the game on this computer before, earlier today even. Any ideas?
