@jiminsiieee It's possible OneDrive is syncing the contents of your Documents folder with cloud storage. And since your C drive is so full, maybe OneDrive isn't leaving a copy locally either. If this is the issue, you can disable OneDrive entirely, or just prevent it from automatically syncing Documents.
Regardless of whether this is an issue, please free up at least 20 GB (total) on your C drive, if you can. Check your Downloads folder for anything you can trash. You may also want to move Documents in its entirety to D. Here's how:

The thing is, on my C drive, it has 25 GB in total in the drive. Most of the stuff on the drive is mainly system files. I don't use OneDrive. So I moved my documents folder, repaired the game, and still nothing.
@jiminsiieee You can search your computer for an extra Sims 4 folder. In a File Explorer window, enter "config" without quotes, and look for any file that's in a Sims 4 folder. Each user data folder will have exactly one config.log in it, and the last modified date on the config file will reflect the last time the game wrote to that folder.
So you'll be able to tell which folder the game is currently reading. Then you can move your saves and Tray items (you did say you could still see them, right?) to the corresponding subfolders in the Sims 4 folder that's currently being used.
I found the config file, except that It is a text document. How do I know which are the corresponding subfolders that are still are being used?
@jiminsiieee Look at the last modified date on the config file(s). The one that has the same time and date as the last time you launched the game is the one that the game is using. The Sims 4 folder it's in is the correct folder, and all of the subfolders inside it are being read as well.
