I did what you told me to do and still nothing. I think I missed something because I'm unsure if I did it right.
@jiminsiieee Okay, maybe it's easier if you tell me where everything is. Please go back and find that config file that's in the Sims 4 folder the game is using. As in, it has a timestamp from the last time you launched the game. When you're looking at that file in a File Explorer window, look above the list of files and folders, and you'll see a file path (e.g. Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4). Please copy that file path and paste it here.
For the saves folder that contains your saves, please do the same, and also for the Tray folder that contains your content. If you list everything here, it'll be easier for me to describe exactly what to do.
