My Sims 4 Is not working!

my Sims 4 game is opening but it will only go to the opening page of the game and then won't do anything else. I've tried uninstalling the Sims and Origin both but nothings worked. It's very frustrating I've been trying to get it to work for two days now!  I put a picture on the screen its stuck on.
