My Sims 4 Is Running slow, And even without mods and cc

What is your current game version number? 1.55.105.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansion packs, I have all the game packs expect vampires, and as for stuff packs I have the bowling night stuff, fitness stuff, luxury party stuff, movie hangout stuff, perfect patio stuff, romantic garden stuff, Toddler stuff, and Vintage Glamor stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure how you could fix this bug, im not sure if anyone else has had tis issue so if you had please tell how you fixed it
What happens when the bug occurs? When this bug occurs my game still works but my game runs very slow and everything is slow, so if I where to scroll over something it would scroll over it 10 seconds after which is very annoying
What do you expect to see? What I expect to see Is my game running fine and at normal speed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Im not sure if anyone has had this issue my game runs slow ive removed my mods and cc and even updated my mods with this new patch but nothing seems to work, so please If anyone has had this issue before please let me know and if you had fixed this please tell me how you did.
@ChillNana Please remove your entire Sims 4 game folder from Documents\Electronic Arts; you can just place it on your desktop. Start a new save and see whether the game runs normally again. If it does, the issue is something in your old game folder. You can test your mods and cc by moving it to the new game folder in batches. Any batch that causes issues needs to be split and tested again until you've found the problem file(s). While testing, be sure to delete localthumbcache.package, also in your game folder, every time you quit.

Once you have your other files sorted out, you can move the Saves and Tray folders to your new game folder, and the rest of your content will be back in your game.
If TS4 still runs slowly even in a new game folder with nothing in it, please run a dxdiag and attach the results to a post.
